In addition to one-on-one personal training and nutritional analysis, all clients have an online profile that allows easy access to stat tracking tools, body readings such as weight, body fat percentage, circumference measurements, charts and graphs, a video workout library, a calendar for session tracking, and direct messaging with Coach Brian.

Personal training locations include the Chicago neighborhoods of Andersonville, Edgewater, Wicker Park, Bucktown, and Lakeshore East.

There are many paths to fitness, but sharing the experience with a partner, loved one, friend, co-worker, or sibling not only makes it more fun and interesting, it also provides incentive to keep going when the going is tough. Training with a partner creates a sense of camaraderie and accountability that can improve the overall experience.

Many trainees enjoy sweating it out together, learning together, and encouraging and pushing one another to achieve new goals. Some even like to make it a little friendly competition!

In addition to all of this, partner personal training nearly cuts the cost per session in half per person!
