DAVE LOST 120 LBS. IN ONE YEAR!

When Dave started training with Coach Brian, he was 315 pounds. His knees were bad, his arches were flat, and he couldn’t run at all due to his weight and the pain it caused.

At this time, Dave smoked a pack of cigarettes a day. He drank often, and admittedly often drank too much. He was also, as he describes it, addicted to fast food.

Over the course of a 12-month period, training both in-person and online with Coach Brian, Dave was able to break many of the negative habits that were holding him back and affecting his health.

He quit drinking. He quit smoking. He gave up fast food. And to date, he has ran 7 Marathon’s, a 1/2 Ironman, and a multitude of other races around the world.

I would highly recommend Brian Donovan, Online Fitness Coach. Brian is not just a fitness expert, but his guidance and nutrition coaching is the perfect balance. I started with him May 31st and have already seen amazing results. He really teaches one how to bring in a healthy diet for maximum results. His workouts are really excellent and with consistency I’m seeing such a difference in my body’s tone and definition. Also, I’ve had two major knee injuries in my life, one in 2013 and another in 2018 and I’m still able to perform the tailored workouts he’s provided, based on my level of fitness. His style is just the right mix for guidance to keep you on track and checking in with him. He’s absolutely the best coach! Highly recommend giving him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Over the last year and a half I’ve trained with Brian on a regular basis. Brian loves fitness and knows how to make every workout different and challenging. He is constantly switching things up and keeping it interesting. Brian is very skilled and knowledgeable, but what I like about Brian is that he is also very down to earth and fun. This is why we have also 'clicked' and become friends outside of our days of training. Working with Coach Brian has been an incredible experience. I spent almost a year on his program and I'm only stopping now because I'm 39 weeks pregnant and about to give birth any day now. I started the program last year when I felt like the workouts I was doing on my own were not producing the desired results. I had never worked with a trainer before let alone an online trainer but I am happy to have happened upon Coach Brian and he changed my life. He created plans that were customized just for me and if I needed something changed or modified he was always quick to do so. I appreciated the program more so when I became pregnant and he has worked with me throughout my whole pregnancy from the 1st trimester all the way to a few days before I'm about to give birth. Having the program and the accountability of having to check in after each workout made me drag my tired, nauseous body out of bed every single day to complete my workouts. As my pregnancy progressed Coach Brian modified my workouts for me as needed. He is always available to answer any questions and he also checked on my progress regularly. I will definitely miss the program and will without a doubt do it again in the future if needed.
Working with coach Brian has been an amazing experience. I learned about macros and loved the strength training workouts. Workouts were done based on equipment you had available and you didn't need a gym membership. I loved the app which made workouts and tracking super easy. He is very knowledgable and wanting to work with you so you can achieve your goals. I did his 6 week challenge and had great results. He keeps things realistic and keeps you motivated to have continued success. He was so helpful and I was excited and honoured to work with him.

Brian is an excellent and extremely patient instructor. He is very professional. In August (2017) I took part in Brian’s 3 month online fitness program. Brian outlined for me a nutrition plan, work out regiment and posted great video blogs on a variety of topics to maximize your fitness plan and hit your goals. He checks in with you to make sure you don’t have any questions, evaluates your nutrition and fitness log and is always available for questions.

This was my first time ever going through a workout routine and let’s call it what it really is..... A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!! At the beginning, I weighed 188 lbs and felt very sluggish and ate poorly. At the end of the 3 months I lost 20 lbs, changed my eating habits, decreased body fat while increasing muscle mass. I FEEL GREAT and am continuing my new lifestyle. I would highly recommend Brian Donovan, Online Fitness Coach. Brian is not just a fitness expert, but his guidance and nutrition coaching is the perfect balance. I started with him May 31st and have already seen amazing results. He really teaches one how to bring in a healthy diet for maximum results. His workouts are really excellent and with consistency I’m seeing such a difference in my body’s tone and definition. Also, I’ve had two major knee injuries in my life, one in 2013 and another in 2018 and I’m still able to perform the tailored workouts he’s provided, based on my level of fitness. His style is just the right mix for guidance to keep you on track and checking in with him. He’s absolutely the best coach! Highly recommend giving him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This guy is really the best. He has motivated me to work out, something I never did before. I’ve been with him for nearly 5 years, through my single days, he kept me healthy during my pregnancy, and now he’s whipped me back into shape and helped me take off my 40 lbs. pregnancy weight gain less than a year since Riley was born. I cannot recommend him enough.

Over the last year and a half I’ve trained with Brian on a regular basis. Brian loves fitness and knows how to make every workout different and challenging. He is constantly switching things up and keeping it interesting. Brian is very skilled and knowledgeable, but what I like about Brian is that he is also very down to earth and fun. This is why we have also 'clicked' and become friends outside of our days of training. I HIGHLY recommend Brian for anyone looking for strong nutritional guidance, a great fitness program, and just a darn solid individual to train them! There was a reason he was VOTED BEST OF CHICAGO!

Working with Coach Brian has been an incredible experience. I spent almost a year on his program and I'm only stopping now because I'm 39 weeks pregnant and about to give birth any day now. I started the program last year when I felt like the workouts I was doing on my own were not producing the desired results. I had never worked with a trainer before let alone an online trainer but I am happy to have happened upon Coach Brian and he changed my life. He created plans that were customized just for me and if I needed something changed or modified he was always quick to do so. I appreciated the program more so when I became pregnant and he has worked with me throughout my whole pregnancy from the 1st trimester all the way to a few days before I'm about to give birth. Having the program and the accountability of having to check in after each workout made me drag my tired, nauseous body out of bed every single day to complete my workouts. As my pregnancy progressed Coach Brian modified my workouts for me as needed. He is always available to answer any questions and he also checked on my progress regularly. I will definitely miss the program and will without a doubt do it again in the future if needed.
Working with coach Brian has been an amazing experience. I learned about macros and loved the strength training workouts. Workouts were done based on equipment you had available and you didn't need a gym membership. I loved the app which made workouts and tracking super easy. He is very knowledgable and wanting to work with you so you can achieve your goals. I did his 6 week challenge and had great results. He keeps things realistic and keeps you motivated to have continued success. He was so helpful and I was excited and honoured to work with him.

Brian Donovan is awesome. He helped me a lot with my setting goals and sticking to them!! He also helped me with my Macros and understanding how they helped me by sticking to them. If I had a question he always had a quick response!! He is also very encouraging!! Please give him a shot!! He rocks!!

Coach Brian gave me exactly what I was looking for. A fitness plan based on what items/ equipment I had in my own home. And the Meal Plan is amazing. The best part is feeling stronger and eating healthier with a plan for my fitness and health for the REST of my life!!

Brian is an excellent and extremely patient instructor. He is very professional. In August (2017) I took part in Brian’s 3 month online fitness program. Brian outlined for me a nutrition plan, work out regiment and posted great video blogs on a variety of topics to maximize your fitness plan and hit your goals. He checks in with you to make sure you don’t have any questions, evaluates your nutrition and fitness log and is always available for questions.

This was my first time ever going through a workout routine and let’s call it what it really is..... A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!! At the beginning, I weighed 188 lbs and felt very sluggish and ate poorly. At the end of the 3 months I lost 20 lbs, changed my eating habits, decreased body fat while increasing muscle mass. I FEEL GREAT and am continuing my new lifestyle.
