When Dave started training with Coach Brian, he was 315 pounds. His knees were bad, his arches were flat, and he couldn’t run at all due to his weight and the pain it caused.
At this time, Dave smoked a pack of cigarettes a day. He drank often, and admittedly often drank too much. He was also, as he describes it, addicted to fast food.
Over the course of a 12-month period, training both in-person and online with Coach Brian, Dave was able to break many of the negative habits that were holding him back and affecting his health.
He quit drinking. He quit smoking. He gave up fast food. And to date, he has ran 7 Marathon’s, a 1/2 Ironman, and a multitude of other races around the world.
