Let Coach Brian be your fitness concierge and enjoy the luxury of having him bring the gym to you. He will provide all of the necessary equipment you need to get a challenging workout in the privacy of your own home, making your training sessions convenient and fun.
In addition, online coaching and ongoing nutrition coaching is included as part of your program. This way you always have a coach in your pocket, not just when you are training during your sessions!
Chicago in-home personal training locations include the Chicago suburbs of Hinsdale, Lisle, Naperville, Downers Grove, Wheaton, and Glen Ellyn as well as the neighborhoods of Andersonville, Bucktown, and Lakeshore East in the city of Chicago.

Free Trial Session
The free trial session is an opportunity for you to meet Coach Brian, ask him any questions you may have, go through a full workout, get a feel for his coaching style, and make sure it is a good fit before deciding whether to purchase a personal training package. No strings attached and no high-pressure sales.
Personalized Program
This is not a one-size-fits-all training program. Everyone has different goals, fitness levels, body types, restrictions, and schedules. Your program is designed specifically FOR YOU… no one else.
Nutrition Coaching
Proper nutrition is essential to reaching your fitness goals. Coach Brian will design a nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle. Also included in your program are weekly food log reviews, grocery shopping tour, kitchen makeover, healthy dining out options for each type of restaurant, and meal prep assistance.
Online Access
In addition to in-person training and ongoing nutrition coaching, you will be able to track all of your progress online. Each client has a username and login which allows them access to a personal calendar with all of their previous and upcoming workouts, a full workout video library with over 300+ exercise demonstrations from Coach Brian, progress tracking tools so that you can see how much weight, body fat, and inches you’ve lost, as well as direct messaging with Coach Brian anytime.
Accountability
Having access to Coach Brian’s online program creates the accountability you need outside of your in-person training sessions. This way, you have a coach in your pocket at all times, and not just when you are training together. Going on vacation and need some workouts to do at the hotel gym? Traveling for work and need some on-the-go healthy food recommendations? Coach Brian’s got you covered.
Flexible Scheduling
Most trainers and gyms have a strict 24-hour or 48-hour cancellation policy, or you lose your money. Not here. All that is asked is a 12-hour notice OR that you reschedule for another day and time during the same week. That’s it. Things happen. Schedules change. Coach Brian does his best to cater to your schedule when they do.
